PatientScribe is in the hands of a few dozen people, and every one of them got
their build from us directly. That is the whole distribution system for now, and
it is why this page asks you two questions instead of collecting an address and
going quiet.
The answers tell us something a waitlist cannot: whether you are keeping track
for yourself or for someone else, and how soon the next appointment is. Someone
with a cardiology visit on Thursday needs the app before someone whose next one is
in the spring, so that is the order we invite in.
Two things happen with what you send. Your answers set your place in the queue and
the kind of welcome we can offer, judged by hand rather than by rule. Your address
stays on the list so we can send the invite, and once more on launch day so we can
ask whether you would review the app. Nothing else goes out. The privacy policy covers what we hold, and a note to privacy@patientscribe.app takes you off the list,
whenever you like.
Someone else in the family doing this too? Send them this page.
